Terms of Service

4am Systems is a trade name of Atlas Systems LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. "We" and "us" here mean Atlas Systems LLC.

Custom workflow automation and software integration services. Each project is priced in a written estimate, in US dollars, before any work starts. Projects start at $1,500.

A 50% deposit to start. The balance is due when the work is live and you've accepted it.

Invoices are due within 7 days. You can pay by card or bank transfer through Stripe.

Optional monthly support is billed monthly. You can cancel it anytime, and it stops at the next billing cycle.

Cancel before work starts and we refund the full deposit. Cancel after work starts and we refund the deposit minus the work already completed, itemized. Because the balance is only due on acceptance, you never pay the second half for something that doesn't work. Monthly support can be cancelled anytime, with no refund for the current month.

Access to the systems we're connecting, and timely answers to our questions. While we're waiting on either, the timeline pauses.

Once you've paid in full, you own the deliverables we built for you. We keep the tools and know-how we had before your project, and can keep using them.

We keep your business information and your clients' data confidential. We work inside your accounts with only the access the work needs, and remove it when the project ends. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models.

For 30 days after go-live, we fix defects in what we built at no charge. We don't guarantee specific business results, such as hours saved or revenue gained.

Our total liability for any claim about a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
